These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sportsversity website, mobile applications, live classes, recordings, Practice Labs and related services (together, the “Services”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account, enrolling, purchasing or using the Services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the policies linked in them.

2. Acceptance and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and contract with us. A person under 18 may use the Services only through an account created and supervised by a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and gives verifiable consent for processing the minor's personal data.
- You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Your account
- One account is for one learner. You must not share your login, class links, recordings or materials with anyone else.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell us immediately at info@sportsversity.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You may delete your account at any time from your profile on the website or app. Some records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Programmes and classes
- Programmes are delivered live online unless stated otherwise. Schedules, session order, faculty and curriculum may be changed to maintain quality or for reasons beyond our control. We will tell you about material changes in advance where reasonably possible.
- We may reschedule a session. If a batch is postponed by more than 30 days, the remedies in the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.
- No outcome guarantee. Sportsversity does not guarantee employment, internships, selection, sponsorship, endorsements, income, admission to any institution or any other outcome. Game Day panels and guests act independently and any opportunity they offer is at their sole discretion.
5. Practice Labs and Labs Pass
- Practice Labs are AI-assisted practice tools. Some labs are free for signed-in users; others require an active Labs Pass or a running programme enrolment.
- A Labs Pass gives access for the period purchased (for example 30 or 365 days) from the date of payment. It does not renew automatically unless you expressly opt in to a recurring plan when that option is offered.
- Fair use limits apply to AI usage per day to keep the service available to everyone. See the AI & Practice Labs notice.
6. Fees, payments and taxes
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is available on request.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a regulated payment aggregator. We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
- EMI options are provided by your bank or lender on their own terms; Sportsversity is not a lender.
- Coupons and scholarships are subject to their stated conditions, have no cash value and cannot be combined unless stated.
- If a payment is debited but your access is not activated, contact us with your order ID. Our systems also reconcile payments automatically.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Certificates
On meeting the completion criteria of a programme, you receive a Sportsversity certificate of completion. It is issued by Sportsversity alone. It is not a degree, diploma or government-recognised qualification and is not issued, endorsed or accredited by any university, board, council or government body. See the Certificate Policy.
9. Recordings and consent
- Live classes are recorded and made available to enrolled learners and assigned staff for learning, quality and safety purposes. By joining a class you consent to being recorded, including your name, voice, video (if your camera is on) and chat messages.
- Keep your camera off if you do not wish to appear on video. Recordings are not published publicly without your separate consent.
- You must not record, download, screen-capture or redistribute classes or recordings.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own learning while your access is active.
- Your submissions remain yours. You grant Sportsversity a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review, assess and display them to faculty, mentors and judges for delivering the programme. We will ask your permission before using your work in marketing.
