2. How to raise a grievance
Email us with your name, registered email, order ID (if any) and a description of the issue. Use the subject line “Grievance” so it is routed to the Grievance Officer.
3. Timelines
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt.
4. Escalation
If you are not satisfied, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in), the appropriate Consumer Commission, or for data protection matters, the Data Protection Board of India.
