No. The earlier you understand the development pathway, selection timelines and financial commitment, the better your decisions. This program covers age 7 to 18 — early starters get the most value because they avoid expensive mistakes.
Age & Timing
I'm a coach — should I recommend this to my athletes' parents?

Yes. One of the biggest challenges coaches face is uninformed parents making poor decisions — switching academies too often, ignoring nutrition or not planning finances. When parents go through this program they become better partners in their child's development. It makes your job easier.
For Coaches
I don't know anything about sport. Will I be lost?
